Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding to our online bid form
 
  • Absentee bids are handled by a member of our staff who is seated in the audience and bids on your behalf, up to the amount you have specified
  • We do not open the bidding with your absentee bids
  • If multiple absentee bids are received in the same amount for the same item, the earliest bid is accepted
  • An item may sell to someone in the audience for the amount that you specified as your limit. We will accept your bid with a plus one (or more) bid option if you so choose
  • Absentee bids must be received 24 hours prior to the sale
  • If you have left an absentee bid and find that you are able to attend the sale, please notify the cashier upon your arrival so your absentee bids can be cancelled
  • All Absentee Bid purchases are subject to a 20% Buyer's Premium
  • If you are a successful absentee bidder, you will be notified by phone within 1 week following the auction. We will expect payment and pick-up immediately following notification
  • Any items left sixty (60) days beyond the sale date become the property of JMW Aucton Service, no exceptions
  • All Ephemera items will be shipped priority mail. Shipping and, optionally, insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer
